We created a connected website platform that linked all seven clinics together while preserving what makes each location special. Customers can now easily search for clinics near them, explore treatments, and book appointments all in one place.
This integrated digital solution strengthened Lemoge Clinics’ online presence and increased customer bookings across all locations in the London network.

Lemoge Clinics needed to unite seven separate clinics under one strong brand while protecting the individual character of each location. Customers visiting the website needed a smooth experience that helped them locate the right clinic, understand available treatments, and complete a booking easily.
The technical challenge was substantial: each clinic had its own services, its own staff, and its own appointment schedules. Presenting this diverse information clearly on a single website without confusing visitors required careful planning.
We spoke with team members from each clinic to understand their specific needs. Then we created a website that connected all seven locations while letting each clinic maintain its unique identity.

We examined each clinic’s local area, researching the population, identifying competitors, and understanding what treatments customers wanted most.
We created a cohesive Lemoge Clinics brand that worked across all seven locations, but we personalised the approach for each area. North West London residents have different preferences than those in Central or West London, so we customised messaging for each neighbourhood.
We demonstrated the group’s overall expertise and modern treatment options, while highlighting the particular specialities and experience of individual clinic doctors.
We designed a website structure that served the larger clinic group while also meeting the needs of each individual clinic location.
We planned the booking system to automatically suggest the nearest clinic to each customer, while allowing them to easily choose a different location if preferred. The booking path was divided into four simple steps: pick location, choose doctor, select treatment, confirm time. This step-by-step approach made booking straightforward for customers.
We strategically placed reassuring information and answers to common questions throughout the booking process to build customer confidence. We tested our design plans with staff from all seven clinics and used their feedback to refine the experience.



We created a professional visual identity system that projects quality and credibility. Each clinic has its own colour palette and visual elements to feel personalised while remaining recognisably part of Lemoge Clinics.
We used high-quality photography and elegant typography that conveys both medical expertise and beautiful cosmetic outcomes. We built interactive features that let potential customers view before and after galleries and understand what different treatments involve.
The website is fully optimised for mobile phones and tablets, recognising that most aesthetic treatment research happens on smartphones.
We photographed the actual clinic spaces and featured the practitioners at each location, so visitors could see the real clinics and meet the real doctors before visiting.
