Pizzarova had to compete with huge international pizza chains that had massive budgets and well-established online presence, which made it hard to show up in search results. On top of that, food delivery platforms were appearing more and more often in searches for food-related terms, which made the competition even tougher. They also needed to attract both people living in Bristol and tourists visiting the city, which meant they had to reach two very different groups of customers with different ways of searching.
